Dead Reckoning is a process which allows

you to see through clouds,

Similarly Chronesthesia, is the unspoken sense

which allows you to use your brains

time travel function to your benefit

In navigation, dead reckoning is the process of calculating the position of an object or ones current position by using a previously determined position, or fix, and then incorporating estimates of speed, heading, direction, and course over elapsed time.  In this manner, an aviator may pass through clouds and retain control of their path if unforeseen storms appear on the horizon

Chronesthesians use dead reckoning to plot their course through uncertainty, using what we can gather from our known coordinates and our sensory understanding.

The corresponding term in biology, used to describe

the processes by which animals update their

estimates of position or heading, is path integration
